Mike has a strong and loyal database of clients and achieves a higher than average percentage of repeat business, primarily because of his self imposed commitment and tenacity together with a willingness to satisfy the expectations of both the vendor and the lessor for which he is charged with the responsibility of achieving the required result. Whether it is a specific design and build project, a large investment to be sourced or sold, a straight forward leasing opportunity or a sell down of a major portfolio it simply does not faze him. Mike has been married to Raewyn, for more than 30 years and together they have 3 adult daughters. Raewyn, who is also in the real estate industry enjoys her own success and is well recognised for her high level of achievement in residential sales.
